At PawLoom, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy below for full details.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

2- Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.

3- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

4- Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or special clearance status.

If an item is returned used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we may refuse the return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

1- Grooming tools used on pets

2- Pet beds or blankets that have been unwrapped

3- Customized or personalized products

4- Items marked as “Final Sale”


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
Our support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

1- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

2- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3- Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

1- Damaged

2- Defective

3- Incorrect

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Return Shipping Costs

1- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

2- Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.
Once the order is processed and sent to our warehouse or manufacturer, it cannot be canceled.
